Unless specifically stated, all products are supplied as digital downloads only.

No physical items are shipped.

3. Ordering

When placing an order you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • the information you provide is accurate;
  • you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

Orders are subject to payment authorisation.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

Prices may change without notice.

VAT will be charged where legally applicable.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot usually offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

However, refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • the file is corrupted;
  • the download is incomplete;
  • the product is significantly different from its description.

Educational Licence
Unless otherwise stated, the purchase of a digital resource grants a non-transferable licence for the purchaser to use the resource within their own home, classroom, or professional practice. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property or copyright. Resources may not be copied, redistributed, uploaded to websites, shared through file-sharing services, or resold without prior written permission.
