The shipping arrangements depend on the type of product purchased.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically.
Once payment has been successfully processed, your files will be available for download immediately.
You will also receive a download link by email.
No shipping charges apply to digital products.
Physical Products
Where stated in the product description, physical products will be carefully packaged and dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product purchased.
Second-hand Products
Some products may be listed as second-hand or pre-owned.
These items will include:
- photographs of the actual item;
- a description of their condition;
- details of any defects or missing components.
All second-hand items are checked before dispatch.
Processing Times
Orders are normally processed within 2–5 working days, although this may vary during busy periods.
