At The Hidden Clarity Method™ by AMC Educational Support, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any problems with one of our digital resources, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Digital Products
Our products are supplied as digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.
Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law, digital content supplied online is treated differently from physical goods.
By purchasing and downloading a digital product, you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content will begin immediately. Once the download has started, you acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel no longer applies.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
However, we will gladly investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund if:
- the file is corrupted or cannot be opened;
- you receive the wrong product;
- the download is incomplete due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved;
- the product is significantly different from its description.
If a technical problem occurs, we will always try to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
Accidental Purchases
If you believe you have purchased a product in error, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us. Once verified, we will either refund the duplicate purchase or offer an alternative solution.
