About the Founder

Hello, I'm Anne-Marie Barton, founder of AMC Educational Support and creator of The Hidden Clarity Method™.

For over 15 years I've worked alongside children, young people and families, supporting a wide range of SEND needs, including Autism, ADHD, PDA, SEMH and Emotionally Based School Non-Attendance (EBSNA).

Throughout my career, one thing became increasingly clear...

Many children aren't struggling because they lack ability.

They're struggling because their hidden experiences aren't fully understood.

That realisation inspired me to develop The Hidden Clarity Method™—a framework that helps make those hidden experiences visible and supports more compassionate, effective approaches to learning and wellbeing.
